The problem

Local service discovery in Korea was fragmented across regions and categories, with no consistent pricing surface and no way for providers to run time-boxed promotions.

What I built

A Next.js marketplace with regional and thematic filtering, premium listing tiers, a promotions engine driving time-boxed discounts, community boards and authenticated accounts. Media is served from DigitalOcean Spaces behind a CDN with Next.js image optimization.

Impact

Providers get a structured discovery and promotion surface across every major Korean metro.
